Yay! It's Christmas time, and time for my 12 Days of Christmas Crafts!!
Craft #1: Christmas Door Wreath.
This wreath cost me a total of $5!! What a deal :) Thank you Dollar Store...
1. Wreath
2. Garland
3. Poinsettas
4. Berries
5. Initial of choice
My wreath, garland, flowers and berries all came from the dollar store = $4
The letter came from Walmart = about $1.50
First, I wrapped my garland around the wreath...it only took one strand. If I wanted to fully cover the wreath I would need slightly more garland, but having this area exposed is okay because I planned to cover it with my letter.
Second, I painted my letter red, then added some red glitter glue to make it sparkle :)
Third, I added a hanger....just hammer it in. This way I could tie the letter on the wreath with some ribbon. I was afraid the letter would be too heavy for hot glue alone.
Lol, my work space :) Don't mind Chooie's toy penguin, haha.
I positioned my items first to get my desired look, then I hot glued them in place. After gluing on my flowers, I tied on my letter and added a little hot glue behind it for extra support. I am very pleased!!
Hope you enjoy :)

I love the touch of the letter and I would never have thought of using a hanger to keep it in place.
