12 Days of Christmas Crafts #6: Scrable Tile Jewelry

Craft #6: Scrabble Tile Jewelry

This Christmas Craft post is a little different. How, might you ask? ...because I didn't make it! ...my mom did :)

She makes all kinds of jewelry out of scrabble tiles and small rectangular blocks of wood. She chooses a photo or graphic, customizes it, then sizes it to fit her tile.

Next, she prints it out, cuts it, then applies it to the tile and adds a glaze over it to seal it!

She makes rings, bracelets, necklaces, keychains, and charms with these...and adds cute little beads and dangles! They make GREAT gifts too!

Here are a few examples...

Keychains ...she made me one with my name on it...

Adorable bracelets!

They make great Christmas ornaments too!

Earrings! WARRRR EAGLE!! (2010 SEC Champs btw! lol)

...and rings!!

She customizes everything...she'll print whatever graphic you like, whatever intial, and whatever color you want! If you feel you're not crafty enough to make something like this, she gladly accepts orders :) Just email her at cmama3@gmail(dot)com ... and check out her blog (Cheryl's Crafty Jewelry) ...she loves visitors :)

Here are some photos of her from Thanksgiving, when she was drilling holes in her tiles...getting them ready for jewelry making!

Enjoy!
